I interact with clients and am solution focussed. I use a wealth of life experience and a variety of therapy styles, including cognitive-behavioral,family of origin as well as newer energy-based methods such as EMDR and TFT(tm).

In a relaxed, interactive way I will support you to explore current behavior patterns, understand their origins, and decide what you'd like to change. I offer the skills of the therapy styles mentioned above and considerable life experience to help you make those changes. I spent eighteen of my adult years in Africa; this gives a unique multicultural dimension to my understanding of people. My clients say that I am intuitive and have a compassionate, direct style. |
