My 20 years of experience in health and fitness, along with my training in Marriage and Family Therapy, influence my “mind, body, and spirit” approach to our work together. I am committed to collaborate with you and your family to find the way of living you desire. I have a special interest in coming alongside families who are experiencing separation, divorce, and remarriage, and I enjoy facilitating group conversations with kids and families.
