Therapy Styles:
I support healthy people getting healthier. We partner to develop your awareness of yourself, understand relationship issues, and maximize your true potential. In addition to the more traditional modes of psychotherapy, I use Voice Dialogue, a technique which can help you better understand the reasons why you make the choices that you do. I also use play therapy for children, and pet therapy.
Areas of Expertise:
I work with couples, individual adults, children, teens and families. People come to see me about relationship, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum issues, career path, anxiety, spirituality, depression, childhood abuse, addictions, identity issues, and much more. Many of them are interested in in-depth work, so specific concerns often branch out into feeling happier, more connected, inspired and peaceful. I have over 18 years experience as a therapist, and over 10 years experience as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator. I am also the mother of infant twins.
