My experience is that most people I see feel like their life has gotten out of control. My style is to listen to you carefully and partnership with you in your process of refinding yourself in all the entanglements of life.

Individuals, couples and families - I help couples connect and communicate more effectively; to learn how self-realization is key to fulfilling relationship. I help men, women and adolescents find the courage to fully be themselves, while overcoming the fear, worry and anxiety that act as bockages to a life of fulfillment and wellbeing. I work on all levels: from basic coping skills to emotional healing. I'm intuitive, respectful, supportive, experienced and capable.

My therapeutic focus is on your innate ability and wisdom to know how to resolve your problems. My job is to assist you in discovering that inner ability and to access the strength to utilize it. Toward this focus I am able to apply a wide variety of therapeutic tools as they are appropriately called for. The goal of all therapy is that the therapist is no longer needed. |
