Therapy Styles:
I have a gentle, intuitive style, using a nonjudgmental, supportive approach. I am direct and honest with feedback and observations. Whether working with you, you and your partner, or your child, I will honor your unique personality and values. It is important to me that both children and adults feel respected and understood when they are in my office.
I utilize several psychological theoretical perspectives including Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral, Gestalt, Object-Relations, and Transpersonal theories as well as a variety of Eastern and Western healing modalities.

I offer empowering counseling for adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families. I help people to build positive communication skills, deal with challenging life situations more effectively, and tap into their own inner wisdom. Specializing in: Anxiety, Depression, Anger, ADD/ADHD, Effective Parenting Strategies, and Abuse/Trauma (including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and domestic violence survivors). Supporting diversity, I enjoy working with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, abilities, and sexual orientations.
