Therapy Styles:
I believe that we lose ourselves in the process of defending against our emotions, and that as we become disconnected from those emotions, they end up ruling us and causing problems in our relationships with ourselves and with others. I work with you to reconnect with your emotions, so that they are no longer ruling you, as you become more self-aware, self-accepting,and more able to live from your authentic self. I do family of origin work, guided imagery, and am a member of the Masterson Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
