As we move through the cycles of our lives, most of us experience times when we feel confused, overwhelmed, or stuck in old constricting patterns of behavior. During these times, therapy may help us to understand our experiences, to rekindle our trust in ourselves, and to reconnect with others.
Our connection with one another is central to the effectiveness of our work together. I value a relationship that provides a safe environment in which you can discover new ways to address your concerns, solve problems, and experience more playfulness, authenticity, and wholeness. Clarifying your thoughts and feelings leads to an expanding sense of what is possible and fulfilling.
Depending on your learning style and interest, you may choose talk therapy alone or combine it with creative expression using art. You may choose to focus solely on therapeutic art, through which you may access feelings and thoughts you have not been able to verbalize; express emotions in symbols and metaphors; and connect with your creativity.
I welcome your call for a no charge phone consultation. [206]-729-0773
